Commencement at James Madison University is indeed a grand event. This year's spring semester ceremony spans across three days, May 4th through May 6th, and is taking place in various campus areas. The main event, University Ceremony, takes place on Friday, May 5th, at Bridgeforth Stadium. One of the graduating students at the ceremony is a former student of the International Study Center at JMU, Mengjiao Wang.
Mengjiao arrived at the International Study Center a few years ago from China to improve her academic English and later on continue her education at the university. Today she is graduating with a Master of Fine Arts degree. Currently, Mengjiao's artwork is being displayed at the art gallery on campus. We are very proud of Mengjiao, and we wish her a great success in her future endeavors!
